  • The developer may use the taxes to build the hotels,  golf courses, and homes; and pay itself between  $17,300,000 and $25,900,000d for the 865 acres of golf course landd

  • The amount of taxes that will be collected over 13d years is estimated to be between $51,700,000 and $61,300,000d.
